This position is specifically for Account Executive, a project management position. If your knowledge is entry level and you are looking to build experience, you may be interested in the Account Coordinator position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and team members to produce engaging, usable, and fun online experiences
  • Proactively grow and cultivate client relationships through sales, pitches, and product / service management
  • Gather, organize, & distribute content, images, and other project assets
  • Draft & present project proposals, estimates, statements of work
  • Project setup, scheduling, and ongoing management
  • Interview and understand client business goals
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate teams
  • Scope projects and participate in project definition phases
  • Don’t take “no” for an answer

Qualifications

  • Strong oral & written communication skills with both teams & clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Work as a team, with and without supervision
  • Basic knowledge of website development practices, online marketing, and user experience design concepts
  • Friendly, polite, organized, and efficient
  • Working knowledge with Base Camp & Highrise, or similar online management software
  • 3 to 5 years Account Services experience is preferred

Bonus Points

  • Existing agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience & knowledge with SEO & Google Anlaytics
  • Experience & knowledge with various Social Media outlets
  • Familiarity with content management & eCommerce solutions such as WordPress, Drupal, Expression Engine, and Magento
