Seriously, ICCM? I stayed on the web site after the intro for about 20 seconds until I was overwhelmed by the movie trailer narrator validating their existence in protecting non-profits from the IRS. I think that’s what the site is about: The IRS. I honestly couldn’t handle it so I can’t say for sure.
Point: Engage your users, but don’t be so engaging you drive them away because they think you’re loopy.
