Fore Linksters

From Strategy and Planning through Ongoing Support, brand identity to custom programming, Purple, Rock, Scissors worked in collaboration to concept and develop Fore Linksters – a rich web application created by golfers, for golfers. 

The site allows members to populate “worthy” golf courses and maintain real-time ratings on the quality of each course’s conditions, such as Pace of Play, Greens, Fairways, and more. Each “rating” is uniquely branded with golf lingo, where bogie is poor, and hole in one is excellent.

As course conditions change, so do the course ratings. Beyond current conditions, the site offers a historical view of all past ratings; wiki-style, modifiable course descriptions; email and dashboard alerts for course condition updates; course photo galleries; member profiles and much more.
